Chris Au, founder of the Canadian meal replacement companies Biolent and VitalHouse, has announced in an email to subscribers that the planned termination of Biolent products in favor of the pricier VitalHouse line would be delayed:

Given the recent loss of Soylent in the Canadian market, we’ve seen a significant spike in sales resulting in us re-evaluating when we should make this change.¬†Although we do still plan on discontinuing the Biolent line at some point, we’re going to extend this period until our operations at Vital House are finalized.

The occasion for the email was that the VitalHouse Athlete shake was now available and a sample would be included in every Biolent order.
