Travel. It can be one of the most rewarding, mind-broadening experiences us human beings have access to.
But despite the immense number of benefits it has to offer, navigating through a foreign, unfamiliar place doesn’t come without its potential stressors?
In the grand scheme of things they’re first world struggles, no doubt. But if you’re heading out on an adventure and expecting nothing but sunset snaps and #wanderlust beaches, they can potentially leave you feeling a bit worse for wear.
In this article, I’m gonna dig into some of the top strategies my partner and I used (and some that we wish we had used in hindsight) to stay calm, centered and somewhat sane throughout our most recent journey across Europe.
