In my perspective, Biohacking is the act of self-optimization through nutrition, exercise and habit building. It’s rooted in a lot of daily things we all do, like sleeping and making breakfast. Really, it starts with super basic simple things.

When you start to look into Biohacking it can be easy to get overwhelmed by the fast amount of information available. That’s why I’d like to share some basics via a series on Biohacking.
