Are meal replacements the same as complete food?? In this video, I try to explain the difference between the two. I’m trying out Japanese meal replacements form the brand ‘IN.’
The great thing about these meal replacements is that they have chopped them up in different nutrient groups such as Protein and Mineral. I like this idea cause it allows to play with these nutrients groups and build your package, so to say.
Complete food is currently still a one-size-fits-all solution. Obviously, you can add things, but that’s not the point I’m trying to make. I believe that in the near future complete food solutions will have more options in regards to customization. A matter of time IMO.
