Follow me on my journey as I try out Aussielent for 30 days
Goal, try alternative food, drop a few kilograms and experiment using a balanced liquid diet while maintaining 4 days per week of training to see just how my energy is in the gym and if I remain satiated. starting weight 111.5 Kilograms 175 cm 29 years old.
Moving to vegan Aussielent pack next month if all goes well or the higher protein variant just depends on finances really 🙂
