Fluoride

At the beginning of the 20th century, the young dentist?Frederick McKay opened his first dental practice in Colorado Springs. He discovered that many locals had terrible brown stains on their teeth. The cause of the stains remained unknown for another 30 years until McKay and his colleagues found out that fluoride had a role to play in tooth decay.

Magnesium

Magnesium

Magnesium is produced in aging stars. When stars become supernovas and explode, magnesium is dispersed into space. And that?s the short story of how it ended up on Earth, particularly in the Greek district of Magnesia, where it was first found by man and got its name. It?s probably safe to say that magnesium came a long way to end up on your plate. Let?s have a look.

"Just what I needed"

I like it because it’s not to sweet, the taste is equilibrate, the texture is rich but not strange. I fell very well using it ans not feel the need to eat some snacks after it.

"Light yet filling"

What I really like about Jake is the easy way of use combined with good quality meal replacement. I tried a lot of different products and a lot of the meal replacements were not what I expected them to be in terms of ease of use. If I want a meal replacement, I want it to be quick, easy and nutritional. With Jake it sure is easy, where the shakes are packed in meal size. The taste is only vanilla, which is not great but acceptable for now. I do hope they add some extra flavours soon but I do have the feeling they are busy with it. On the forum about Jake they are discussing the possibilities so I have my hopes up.

What is really nice is that you can order samples of the product so you can try it before committing to several meals. Even better, after two weeks I did not yet receive the sample so I emailed Jake about it, and they were really friendly and helped me out by resending me the sample. Customer care is important to me, where I think it determines if a company is worth buying products from. So good review but there are a few aspects that could be improved
