"Heavy creamy keto goodness."

Friend of mine gave me some of this to try and keep myself on the straight and narrow with keto because I like the idea of keto, but damn I find it hard to eat the right food.
I’ve been using heavy cream with it and it’s surprisingly nice, texture is nice and, well, creamy – super smooth at any rate but I guess it’s less powder than carby brands.
I struggle to get it through my head that it’s healthy but I’ve felt great whilst drinking it and whilst I’ve lost the weight I was trying to get rid of, I’ve managed to keep getting my calories in on days when lack of carbs could otherwise kill me ha.
